Overall responsiveness left me unsure
The telephonic support team was sometimes reachable but other times delayed, which was a bit frustrating. On a couple of occasions, the person responding gave clear answers that helped me move forward quickly. However, there were moments when I was left waiting on the call or when follow-ups took longer than expected. The communication wasn’t consistently clear, so it felt like I wasn’t always sure whether my concerns were understood or prioritized. The system updates appeared to be automatic but did not noticeably improve the speed or clarity of responses. I would say it's a mixed experience because while some of the help was effective, the inconsistency made me feel unsure about relying on them heavily in the future.
