Overall process felt a bit hit or miss
My experience with the sales and pre-purchase phase was honestly quite mixed, and it left me feeling somewhat ambivalent about the whole setup. On the one hand, the initial onboarding felt organised with a clear set of steps that helped me understand what was expected from the start. The sign-up portal was straightforward to use and responded well enough. On the other hand, certain elements of the setup felt like one-off tasks that required quite a bit of manual intervention and didn’t really integrate smoothly into ongoing workflows. For instance, while the database setup was transparent initially, it didn't perfectly align with how I intended to manage data long term, which meant some additional workarounds. Likewise, communication lines during pre-purchase were quick but didn’t offer continuous guidance well beyond the first week, making follow-ups feel a bit disconnected. Training materials were available but sometimes missed practical detail that would have made the ongoing process easier. Though automatic updates rolled out reliably, it wasn’t always clear how much impact they'd have day to day. Payment and invoicing functionally worked but with some delays that were frustrating, though not deal-breakers. All told, it felt like a process mixed between fluent initial setup and ongoing uncertain support — hence, a bit hit or miss. This duality meant I’m still figuring out if long term usage would meet my expectations fully or not.
