The level of support I received from WFHI felt adequate as I navigated their software. I did have to piece quite a bit together on my own, mainly because I was thrown into using the workflow tools right after onboarding. While there was a decent initial orientation, I wish there could have been more ongoing communication or tips available for using advanced features. However, the online resources were informative, and I often found answers there. Honestly, running the software and taking calls on the dialer functioned seamlessly, which helped ease the learning curve. Interacting with the database feature became more intuitive over time, and that was a relief. Though I didn’t have a dedicated support person, I often reached out via the telephonic support service, and they were responsive whenever I needed further help. Balancing self-learning and utilizing support resources was key for feeling comfortable with the software. Overall, it was a good experience, but the combination of both support and self-guided exploration could have been smoother. It felt like I was both learning and adapting simultaneously, yet I came away satisfied.
