overall pretty good but could manage errors better
So I was going through the training and onboarding and I have to say it mostly went well. The materials available were easy to find and they explained the basic steps clearly. When something did go wrong, usually it was about the dialer connection or the database not syncing properly. They had a system for automatic updates and that was nice since it kept me informed, though sometimes I wish the updates had more detail about what was fixed. I liked how the supportive team was accessible but I felt like in one or two instances they missed a couple of points I raised or took longer to respond. For anyone who expects things to run perfectly from day one, this might be a little frustrating. However, if you understand that some bumps come along with new software, it’s manageable and the overall onboarding was smooth. I wasn’t left in the dark at any point and training really helped me get confident to use the calling tools. So yeah, it’s a solid product with some room to improve on handling trouble spots when they come up.
