Overall onboarding felt smooth but a bit impersonal
My experience with WFHI’s training and onboarding started off quite well. The sign-up process was straightforward, and I appreciated that the invoicing was clear and prompt, which helped me keep track of what I was committing to. During the actual onboarding, the initial walkthrough of the software and its features made sense, though some of the labels and descriptions were a bit generic and could have used more specifics. For example, when introducing the dialer and calling tools, I found myself curious about how these integrated with my existing databases, but the explanations skipped over that connection. I went through the training sessions step-by-step, following the modules as they introduced different workflow processes and the automatic update feature. That part was simple enough and felt reassuring because I didn’t have to worry about maintaining software versions manually. However, the overall feel of the training was a little too brisk; it didn’t always provide enough depth in some areas and occasionally felt like ticking off boxes. Support contact was helpful when I called to clarify little points, though responses were somewhat script-driven rather than conversational, which made the process a touch impersonal. Despite these small issues, I felt the onboarding flowed logically, and by the end, I was ready to explore the software’s calling tools and database features with some confidence. In a phrase, the whole experience felt efficient but lacked a bit of human warmth.
