Overall onboarding and training felt quite underwhelming
When I started WFHI’s training and onboarding, I expected something a bit more engaging and structured based on my prior experiences with similar software providers. The session where we tried setting up the initial database felt somewhat helpful, giving me a hands-on feel. However, beyond that, much of the training was lacking detailed step-by-step guidance. It almost felt like the trainers assumed too much prior knowledge, which made it harder to relate to the material and slowed down my progress. The pace was uneven; some parts breezed past important concepts, while other sections were dragged unnecessarily. The sign-up and payment process were ok, not much to complain there, and the automatic updates kept the software stable, but that couldn’t compensate for the weaker training phase. I believe if the onboarding had a clearer workflow or better support communication in the early days, it would have felt more encouraging. In summary, the whole experience felt like a missed opportunity to make the start smoother and more confidence-building for new users like me who aren’t experts already.
