Overall mixed feelings but workable

The training and onboarding experience with WFHI left me with mixed thoughts because while a lot was straightforward, some parts of the wording and labels didn’t quite make intuitive sense at first. The initial sign-up and invoicing processes were clearly labeled and felt logical, which was reassuring. However, when I started exploring the software itself, some menus and database features had terminologies that weren’t very descriptive of their functions, causing some confusion. The training helped to clarify these eventually, but I would say it was a bit of a learning curve. Despite that, the calling tools and dialer were easy enough to use, so that smoothened out the overall experience. Automatic updates seemed to happen quietly in the background, so that was one less thing to worry about. Telephonic support was helpful, but sometimes couldn’t fully explain the quirks I noticed in the labels. It all felt like a decent system once you got the hang of it, but the user interface wording could have been a little clearer for first-timers. In one phrase, the whole onboarding and training felt "Functional but slightly confusing at the start."
