overall mix hai, par kaam to kar diya
Mai roz use karti hoon software ko, aur generally ye kaam to karne deta hai, par kabhi kabhi calling tools mein kuch glitches aate hain jo frustrate karte hain. Dialer system kabhi lagta hai thoda slow respond karta hai, jo irritate kar sakta hai jab busy hoti hoon day mein. Support team se maine kuch baar contact kiya, aur usually they respond well, although kabhi lagta hai ki ekdo baar thoda wait zyada ho jata hai. Training se mujhe accha clear hua tha kaise database aur calling features ko ek saath use karna hai, toh basic level pe sab sahi chalta hai. Payment aur invoice process mein normally koi dikkat nahi hoti. So, clearly it's a mixed experience, but overall it does the job I need, which is the most important part for me.
