Overall mila jula experience with support
Jab support ko call kiya tha jab thodi problem aayi thi software mein, main thoda nervous thi ki ye log kaise handle karenge. Sabse pehle to mujhe ek automatic message mila ki aapka request mila ja chuka hai, which was thoda comforting. Phir thodi der later ek support agent ne call kiya, aur politely meri problem samajhne ki koshish ki. Lekin phir issue ko solve karne mein thoda time lag gaya, and mujhe baar-baar reminder bhejne pade. Har baar jab response aata, woh respectful tha but kabhi-kabhi lagta tha ki woh jyada focus nahi kar rahe hain. Lekin finally issue solve hua, toh main thoda relieved ho gayi. Overall toh the process thoda long tha aur patience mangta tha, par end mein support waale late nahi hue. Matlab itna acha ya bura feel nahi hua, bas ek normal hi encounter tha jahan sabne try kiya but kuch cheezein thik time pe nahi hui.
