Overall it’s pretty smooth, just figured out most stuff on my own
I’d say the sales and pre-purchase experience was pretty smooth, though honestly, I found myself figuring out most of it on my own. The sign-up process was straightforward enough, and payments were handled without much fuss, which was great. The training materials were helpful but didn’t spoon-feed everything, so I had to put in some effort to navigate features like the dialer and database on my own. That was actually a good thing for me because it made me feel more in control of how I wanted to use the software. The automatic updates were a little surprising sometimes, showing new features I didn’t immediately understand, but that’s part and parcel of software, and I adapted with a bit of trial and error. Support was available when I reached out but mostly, I was able to manage without needing to wait. Overall, if I had to tell a friend, I’d say it’s reliable and smooth, just be ready to get hands-on rather than expect a lot of hand-holding. It gave me the freedom to learn at my own pace, which I appreciate a lot.
