Overall it felt like a steady start
Honestly, when I first signed up I wasn’t totally sure how long the whole thing would take to get going. The sales process was pretty straightforward, but I ended up spending more time than I expected trying to understand exactly how the software’s calling and database features would fit with what I was already doing. There was some good training provided, which helped, but I sometimes felt a bit overwhelmed by the amount of new information. It wasn’t a bad experience at all—more like a bit of a ramble trying to figure out what would work best for me. Finally, after a few sessions, and with help from telephonic support, I got to a point where I felt comfortable enough to move onward. The invoicing and payment steps were clear once everything was set up, but that initial phase did require patience. So looking back, it felt like a steady start with enough guidance to keep going but some learning curves I had to overcome on my own. I’m glad I made the decision to go ahead, but people who like everything super simplified might find it a bit much at the start. Still, I can see how it would be worth sticking with if you’re willing to invest the time.
