Overall it felt a bit patchy but manageable
Looking back on my entire onboarding with the WFHI software, I’d say the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Initially, I thought the process would be more streamlined; signing up and handling invoices went smoothly enough, so that was a good start. When I began the training and onboarding itself, it took longer than I expected to get comfortable using the dialer and the database feature effectively. The calling tools ran fine across my first week trying them, but I often found myself toggling back to the training modules to clarify small issues. There seemed to be a fair bit of repetition in some parts of the training, which threw me off a little each time I revisited them. I also felt the telephonic support was present but a bit slow to address priority needs, which made certain moments frustrating. At the same time, the automatic updates rolled out painlessly without me having to intervene, which was a definite plus. So looking at it all, the whole thing felt a bit patchy but manageable in the end. While no major problems stopped me going forward and I can use the software well enough now, I wouldn’t call the initial phases particularly smooth or efficient compared to other systems I’ve tried. It does the job once you’re past the first few hurdles, and perhaps that’s good enough for most, but I was hoping for quicker progress.
