Overall interaction left me cautiously positive
The entire sales and onboarding process gave me a feeling of professionalism, though with a few small gaps that I couldn’t fully overlook. From signing up and receiving invoices to the initial training, things moved at a respectable pace but at times felt a bit procedural. The communication was clear but left some ambiguity about future support availability, which made me wary. Despite this, I appreciated the thoroughness of the training and the way the software features were demonstrated. I found the dialer and database manageable, but I expected a little more proactive guidance. By the end, I felt positive about what I had learned and confident enough to proceed, though with a slight hesitation about ongoing interactions. The balance between efficient delivery and somewhat formal interactions stood out as the key takeaway from my experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase phase.
