Overall good, but not sure if I’d go down this road again
Having used other remote workflow tools before, I approached WFHI with some expectations and a bit of hesitation. The sign-up and onboarding process felt thorough and reminded me of similar software I tried earlier, with detailed training sessions and a database feature that felt familiar yet slightly different in terms of interface. The dialer and call tools worked well, though I wasn’t completely sure I was exploiting every capability it offered. The automatic updates kept the software current, which was good compared to some older tools I used that felt outdated. Payment and invoicing was straightforward, but not exceptionally quick. Telephonic support was responsive, though at times I wondered if a more hands-on approach would have helped me settle faster. So, if I had to decide whether I’d do it again, I’d say yes, but cautiously. It seems right for someone willing to invest some effort in learning and given a decent amount of time, but if you want a plug-and-play experience, maybe not. Still, it’s better than what I had earlier in many ways, though not perfect.
