Overall good but found certain labels confusing
I felt generally positive about the sales and pre-purchase info but some wording threw me off. When browsing the software features beforehand, a few labels on the dashboard lacked clear meaning, which made it harder to evaluate if the tools fit my needs. The actual sign-up process was clean and straightforward, but the pre-sale explanations could have had better clarity. It seemed like the descriptions jumped between technical and general terms without smoothing that out. This led to uncertainty about what certain calls or database entries really entailed. Although the support team was accessible for questions, the initial impression from the labels given was a slight barrier to confident decision-making. Therefore, my feeling is good overall, though definitely room to sharpen communication so it’s easier to understand straight away.
