Overall felt decent but a bit of figuring out was needed

Hey, so I've been trying out the WFHI software and honestly, the initial sign-up and invoicing process was pretty straightforward. However, the real challenge came after I got access to the features. There wasn’t much hand-holding or step-by-step guidance for some of the more advanced functions. I had to figure out the dialer and database features mostly on my own, which was a bit of a hassle since it wasn’t very intuitive at first. On the plus side, automatic updates seemed to work well and didn’t interrupt my workflow, which was a relief. Telephonic support was helpful when I reached out, but I found myself not wanting to call all the time just to get basic questions answered. Training sessions covered the basics, but day-to-day use required experimentation. Overall, it felt like a mixed bag — workable, but definitely not plug-and-play right from the start. I’d say it’s fine if you don’t mind a steeper learning curve and figuring things out as you go. It’s definitely not the kind of software that holds your hand tightly. Hopefully, that gives you a picture of how the whole thing feels.
