Overall feeling was thoda tiring but manageable
Technical issues toh sab jagah aate hain, par yeh platform ka support thoda inconsistent tha. Jab mera dialer ka feature crash hua, support team ne bola ki handle karenge, par mujhe baar-baar follow-up karna pada. Kabhi-kabhi lagta tha ki unhe apni taraf se zyada urgency nahi thi. Lekin database aur software update wale queries pe sufficiently respond kiya gaya. Training session ke dauraan bhi kuch chhote glitches aaye, par woh jaldi fix ho gaye. Poora anubhav overall frustrating nahi, par definitely smooth bhi nahi tha. Mujhe lagta hai agar initial onboarding thoda better planned hota toh baat alag thi.
