Overall feeling was mostly ‘mixed hi hai
To be honest, the whole thing felt pretty mixed to me. The support was helpful during regular working hours, fitting fairly well with my schedule, par kabhi kabhi jab main expected tha ki support available hoga, woh thoda slow lag raha tha. The dialer worked oke, lekin weekend par kabhi-kabhi delay aata tha, jo thoda inconvenient tha. Jo database feature tha, woh fitting mein thik tha, matlab easy to use lekin perfect sync nahi bana paya main apni workflow ke saath, aur ye baat mujhe thodi frustrate karti thi. Training bhi average tha, kuch important topics miss hue jaise ki detailed dialer tutorials. Billing aur invoicing process normal thi, koi khaas dikkat nahi huyi wahan. So all in all mujhe lagta hai ye software ka setup mere work hours ke saath partial hi match karta hai, straight forward to nahi tha but use karte rahunga ek chance deke ki shayad better experience mile aage.
