Overall feeling: it was just workable
I suppose I have explained this type of training before to others, so let me say it quickly: finding what I needed to learn was mostly okay, nothing complicated there. The training materials cover the core features like the dialer and managing the database quite thoroughly, so I didn’t have to spend ages searching around for answers. The onboarding process was fairly smooth, but not exactly exciting. Updates happen automatically and felt like background noise mostly; I noticed the software kept improving but without any fuss. The calling tools worked reliably, and telephonic support was fairly easy to reach if needed, though I didn’t require much of it. The sign-up and payment steps were straightforward, and I was able to get started without any serious issues. So overall, the experience was just workable, nothing special, but not frustrating either. It delivered what I needed with reasonable ease, which is about all I could hope for at this stage in my workflow.
