Overall experience was positive but a little heavy on waiting
The whole sign-up and pre-purchase process felt mostly smooth and professional, yet there were moments when I felt I was waiting longer than expected to get certain information or clarifications. The team was helpful over calls and emails, but some answers took time to arrive. I appreciated the detail and care given to explaining billing and features, which reassured me before buying.
