Overall experience was a mix of responsiveness and occasional delays
During my interaction with the software access process, I noticed the support team's responsiveness varied quite a bit. At times, they got back to me quickly, especially through telephonic support during peak hours, which made setting up the dialer and database features easier. However, there were moments when responses seemed delayed, particularly when it involved clarifying invoice details or training materials that weren't entirely clear at first glance. The onboarding flow was moderately smooth, but some steps needed a few extra explanations that weren’t immediately available. On the positive side, the automatic updates never disrupted my workflow, and the invoicing seemed consistent with the payment process. People were generally polite and tried to help, but the inconsistency in reply times made the overall feel of the whole thing somewhat uneven. If everything were more uniformly responsive, it could have improved the entire experience. As it stands, it felt like a reasonable but imperfect engagement with the support and software access, where good moments were tempered by the occasional lag in communication.
