Jab main ne sign-up aur onboarding start kiya, toh bahut zyada confusion raha. Software ka interface itna straightforward nahi tha, aur dialer use karte waqt kuch tools thik se samajh nahi aaye. Database feature thoda helpful tha, data organize karne mein toh main usko thoda acha samajhta hoon. Magar pre-purchase phase mein clarity ki kami thi, training material bhi clear nahi tha. Mujhe lagta hai agle baar mujhe definitely assistance ki zarurat padegi to set up everything properly and avoid it sticking on one problem. Overall whole experience thoda tedious aur unclear tha, mujhe shayad aur coaching karni padegi agar main phir se try karta hoon.
