Maine support ko contact kiya jab dialer mein problem aayi par jawab milna kaafi slow tha, aur lagta tha ki samajh nahi rahe mere issue ko. Jab bhi support call karta tha, response polite tha par problem solve nahi ho rahi thi, is wajah se frustration badhta gaya. Mujhe lagta hai ki agar next time kisi madad ki zarurat padegi toh woh bhi shayad utni asaani se na mile. Training mein bhi kaafi cheezein clear nahi hui aur main jyaada khud se seekh raha tha. Payment aur invoice process thik tha, usme koi dikkat nahi aayi par support system thoda behtar hone chahiye tha. Abhi thoda doubt hai ki agla baar help milegi ki nahi.
