Overall experience felt disjointed due to timing mismatches
My interaction with WFHI's sales and pre-purchase process was generally functional but lacked coordination with the hours I actually work. The signup and briefing sessions were scheduled at times outside my working window, which created inconvenience and delayed my ability to fully engage with the software and onboarding materials. While the sales team managed the initial invoicing and payment communications effectively, the timing of follow-up calls and tutorial sessions did not align well with my availability. This disjointed flow made the whole process feel somewhat fragmented rather than seamless. The software itself seems capable and feature-rich, but inadequate scheduling and some inflexible support availability contributed to a stressed initial experience. I had to request alternative appointment times, which were granted but only after some back-and-forth. This issue particularly affected my access to training on the calling tools and use of automatic updates. If the entire process could better accommodate diverse working hours, the practical usability of the service would improve substantially for many users like myself.
