Overall buying experience felt confusing and disorganized
When I first started with the purchase process, I was expecting a more straightforward sequence of steps but the experience felt quite disjointed. The different parts of signing up, learning about the software, and getting payment info seemed to jump around rather than follow a clear order. Although the support staff tried to help keep things moving, it wasn’t always clear what the next required action was, which made the whole thing feel a bit overwhelming. There was some useful information given about the features, but it arrived late in the sequence when I was already struggling to keep track. The invoicing system was okay but a little hard to access initially. I would have appreciated a simpler overview of everything at the start so I could have planned better. Overall, the whole process felt quite confusing, and it was hard to get a firm grasp on how to navigate from initial interest to fully using the product without frustration. While some parts did work as expected, the disorganized flow diminished my confidence in the service. My impression was that the setup and sales communication could be much smoother overall.
