Overall access felt more complex than expected
The initial software log-in and access process was not very clearly explained. I struggled to understand how to navigate the dashboard and where to find some key features like the dialer and database. The step-by-step instructions given during onboarding were somewhat brief and left me guessing a lot. It did improve slightly after trying the training videos, which were decent. However, I still felt the overall experience was a bit confusing at first. I appreciate the basics worked fine, but overall the clarity of explanation was below what I anticipated for this kind of platform.
