Overall, a logical flow throughout
I found the entire sales and pre-purchase process quite logical and sensible. From the moment I signed up and went through the onboarding steps, everything seemed to be arranged in a reasonable order that made sense for someone new to the platform. The training sessions followed quickly after, with timely introductions to the software features. The invoicing and payment steps were clear and straightforward, which made the administrative side hassle-free. Only once did I feel a slight hiccup where some information overlapped or was repeated unnecessarily, but it didn’t negatively affect my experience much. Communication before purchase was friendly, making it easy to ask questions. Overall, I’d say the process was well thought out and didn’t feel confusing at any point, which I really appreciated as a first-time customer.
