Over-complicated wording was frustrating

The training process for WFHI did not meet my expectations at all. Right from the start, the terminology used was often over-complicated and confusing. I frequently found myself lost in the instructions, and that made it difficult to grasp the software's basic functionalities. The labels on the features didn’t align with common terminology, leading to misunderstandings about what buttons and options actually did. It felt like there was an assumption that everyone using the software would already be familiar with such terms, which clearly wasn't the case for me. The whole onboarding experience left me feeling frustrated and more confused than equipped. I genuinely think that this setup may work better for tech-savvy users but is unsuitable for beginners or those who may need more straightforward training. I couldn't help but wish there was clearer and simpler communication. My attempt to understand the system turned into more of a hassle fortunately, I sought out external resources to fill the gaps left by the training. Overall, I'd advise caution for those not already comfortable with such tools.
