Outcome was smooth but needed more self-navigation
When I started with the WFHI software and training, I quickly realized much of the support and communication aspects depended heavily on figuring things out on my own. The onboarding was decent, but many explanations weren't immediately clear, which meant I had to experiment with the calling tools and dialer features by trial and error instead of having a straightforward guide. The telephonic support was responsive, but I still felt the initial setup demanded considerable personal effort to understand the automatic updates and how the database feature integrated into my workflow properly. On the bright side, after investing this effort, everything ran smoothly and updates arrived seamlessly, reducing future concerns. I appreciate that the invoicing and payment process was straightforward once I passed the initial hurdles. Overall, while the independence in setting things up allowed me flexibility, I would have preferred a bit more detailed onboarding to reduce the guesswork early on. That small reservation aside, I’m satisfied with the outcome and how well the platform supports a fully remote workflow once the initial learning curve is overcome.
