Outcome was less favorable compared to previous system
From my experience, the onboarding and training process at WFHI did not meet the standards I had gotten used to from other software platforms before. The training sessions felt generic and skipped over some key workflow details that I had found clear in earlier programs. The onboarding flow was slower and left me having to find information on my own. For instance, the setup of the calling tools and dialer was more cumbersome than I had expected based on previous usage elsewhere. It did include standard stepwise guides, but they lacked depth regarding practical scenarios found in a real working environment. Also, updating the database feature did not integrate as seamlessly as I had seen before, which slowed my adjustment period. While telephonic support was available, the responses often felt scripted rather than tailored to specific concerns. Overall, the outcome of this onboarding was that I spent more time troubleshooting and less time being productive when compared to the onboarding I had before with different vendors. It was a functional setup but not efficient or comprehensive enough to justify the switch from systems I had better familiarity and success with.
