Orderly steps but some features missing compared to expectations
I expected the software access steps to be very guided and sequential, almost like a step-by-step tutorial. However, while the initial setup was indeed straightforward, I found that some steps I assumed would be covered during onboarding were actually left for me to figure out later. For example, the integration between calling tools and database wasn’t as tightly connected as I thought it would be. This meant I had to spend extra time organizing and learning those separate features on my own. Despite that, the software felt intuitive and responsive once I got the hang of it. Sign-up and payments were handled efficiently with few delays, which was a relief. While the system generally followed a sensible order, I felt like a brief overview or walkthrough of the full workflow at the start would have helped fill in the gaps that were missing.
