Ordering steps were confusing but invoicing was at least clear

I found the process of getting access to the software quite frustrating because the steps weren’t in a logical order at all. For example, I was required to sign up and make payment before I was even sure whether the training sessions were available or downloadable, which seemed backwards. Then, when I tried using the calling tool, I had no clear instructions until I reached support, which added more delay. The database feature setup was another confusing element since I had to look online to understand how to fit it into my remote workflow. Automatic updates kept coming but sometimes changed things without warning, which was annoying. On the plus side, the invoicing and payment process was straightforward and didn’t cause me any trouble. Support was polite but couldn’t speed up the onboarding for me. I kept waiting for a more sensible flow, but everything felt out of sync, making it unnecessarily frustrating right at the start. Honestly, if the sequence of getting started was clearer, I might not have felt so put off after giving it a real try.
