Ordering steps totally confusing, but support was ok
From my experience, the biggest problem was that the instructions and steps weren’t arranged in a sensible order when I tried to get help. I contacted support expecting a clear, step-by-step guide, but instead, the advice seemed scattered, often jumping from one topic to another without much connection. This made it harder to follow the onboarding or get the software running smoothly. For example, the dialer setup was discussed only after the database part, even though I think it should come the other way around. This confused me and wasted time. Despite this, the support staff was polite and answered my questions, but I had to repeat things because they seemed unaware of the earlier steps. The sign-up process was okay but the invoicing details were less than clear. Overall, the poor sequence of instructions was the main blocker for me, and it overshadowed some of the other positives, like the automatic updates working well and the software’s potential. Without a clearer order in support guidance, I found it frustrating rather than helpful.
