Ordering of sign-up steps went mostly smooth, except for billing clarity

The sales and pre-purchase process for the software involved several steps that appeared fairly logical when I first jumped in. Initially, registering and signing up for the service was smooth, with the system guiding me through personal details and setup preferences in a clear sequence. However, when I reached the billing and payment part, I found that the invoice details took a moment longer to locate than I expected, which slightly interrupted the flow. On the other hand, the training and onboarding materials were provided neatly once payment was done, which balanced out the earlier quirk. The dialer and database features were introduced in a sensible progression too, although using them required some familiarization time. Automatic updates ran quietly in the background, which I liked because it meant less manual intervention. Lastly, telephonic support was easy to access, though I felt priority assistance could have been explained a bit better during pre-purchase. Overall, the process worked well enough if you’re ready to spend a little patience on the billing info, but the rest felt well arranged for a first-time user.
