Order was mostly logical, though one step seemed off
The sequence of steps during support and onboarding mostly made sense overall. Early efforts like signing up and setting up profiles followed a natural order. However, at one point, the training suggested configuring the calling dialer before the database was fully ready, which felt a bit premature. This particular moment caused some confusion and extra back-and-forth for me. The rest of the process seemed fine, though I can’t recall all the details after several weeks. In the end, the flow seemed acceptable but with room for smoother coordination on specific tasks. Simple adjustments could improve clarity, but the structure was generally usable as is.
