Order was mostly fine except the database setup
I've explained the onboarding steps quite a few times now, and honestly the order mostly made sense. The initial sign-up and getting the dialer ready went smoothly and logically. It was the database feature setup that threw me off a little because it seemed to expect some input before the earlier steps completed. I get the reason behind it, but it could have felt more natural if that step came after configuring the calling tools. Besides that, telephonic support walked me through it when I got stuck, which was helpful. Overall, I'd say the process is sensible but could use a slight reorder for better flow so newcomers won't need to ask support as often.
