Order of training steps worked well, except dialer setup took too long
The sequence of training and onboarding was mostly logical and easy to follow. I liked how the process started with an overview of remote workflow basics before moving on to software navigation. This approach helped me adjust gradually rather than being thrown into complex features early on. The database instruction came next, which was fine, followed by an introduction to calling tools. However, the dialer setup felt like a stumbling point. It demanded extra time and troubleshooting that seemed out of place given the otherwise efficient order of steps. That part dragged on longer than I expected and felt almost like an afterthought that wasn’t fully integrated into the flow. Aside from that, everything else lined up well and the sign-up and invoicing parts were clearly explained. The training materials themselves were concise without being overwhelming, which I appreciate. So overall, the ordering worked fine, but the dialer configuration could definitely be better timed or simplified to keep the onboarding smoother.
