order of steps was fine

When I first looked at the sales and pre-purchase side I wasn't expecting the way things were laid out but honestly it turned out pretty okay. The steps came in a mostly sensible manner without having me second-guess what to do next. The materials and the glimpse of software access before buying helped me make my decision even though the order felt a bit less traditional than other places I've tried. Also, the prompts and sign-up flow felt relaxed which made it easier to stick around rather than feel pressured. So overall I'd say the sales process was fine as it was, not too complicated, and straightforward enough to keep me interested without confusion over what to do next.
