Order of steps surprised me but it worked out fine
I was a bit surprised by how the workflow was structured when I started using the software. The sequence of setting up the database before fully acquainting myself with the calling tools felt a little backwards. I expected to get comfortable with making calls using the dialer first and then move on to managing contacts and data. However, once I got through those initial steps, I realized that having the data in place early actually simplifies the calling process. So, even though it was a surprise that the training and onboarding followed that order, the logic behind it makes sense after you experience it firsthand. The automatic updates also kept the software up-to-date without interrupting my work, which was a nice surprise and kept things smooth. Overall, the slightly unexpected sequence did not cause any real issues and might even speed things up for new users once they get used to it.
