Order of steps okay, but not entirely intuitive for novices
The sales and pre-purchase journey was fairly logical, though there were moments it felt like some steps could have been reordered for better clarity. Early on, the sign-up and initial information request followed a sensible path, letting me get a feel for the software before committing to anything. However, certain explanations about the features came in piecemeal and could have been bundled earlier to avoid confusion. In particular, the payment and invoicing info appeared at points I didn’t expect, which threw me off a bit. For someone familiar with software purchases, this is less of an issue, but for new users it might cause some hesitation. The process overall wouldn’t discourage me from completing the purchase, but it’s not the smoothest flow I’ve seen. I can see this suiting straightforward buyers who know exactly what they want, but those new to remote workflow tools might appreciate more guided steps or a better upfront overview. So, it’s adequate but not exceptional in terms of the sequence and how info is presented.
