Order of steps in sign-up process was confusing

The sales and pre-purchase steps seemed to be arranged in a way that made no real sense. I was expecting a clear sequence, like sign-up first, then payment, followed by training access, but that wasn’t the case here. The invoice arrived at an odd time before I had fully completed onboarding, which confused me regarding what I had actually paid for. Some steps seemed skipped or in the wrong order, making it hard to proceed smoothly. There was no clarity on how the automatic updates would affect the current software version. Contacting telephonic support was necessary because the instructions weren’t straightforward, yet their help only clarified some parts but not all. The database feature wasn’t explained well before sign-up, so I wasn’t sure if it would fit my needs. Overall, the process felt jumbled, and I kept wondering what the next step would be instead of moving ahead confidently.
