Order felt off but logical once I thought through it all
Using this software for the first time, I found the sequence of steps a bit confusing, which impacted my initial feeling. The sign-up and payment processes came early and seemed straightforward enough, but then the training seemed to assume more familiarity than I had, making me pause. Later, having access to the database before fully grasping the calling tools felt out of sync with my expectations. It took me some trial and error to realize the software was designed so that automated updates and priority assistance would fill gaps as I went along. Once I accepted that some parts were intentionally delayed to ease ongoing usage rather than frontload everything, the order started to feel more sensible. Still, I can see why the initial impression might be uncertain since jumping between setup, dialing, and database without a clear linear path might upset some users. Overall, the flow wasn’t immediately intuitive but could make sense if you give it some thought and patience.
