Only Took About Four Hours To Feel Ready!
Honestly, I wasn’t sure how much I’d pick up during the training and onboarding with WFHI, but I was surprised how quickly it all started to click. It took me about four hours here and there, sometimes breaking it up between calls and database work, and by the end, I felt confident navigating the software without bookmark help. The training was more like a chat than a lesson, which made it easier to stay hooked—it wasn’t overwhelming. After signing up, the whole onboarding journey was pretty smooth, with clear steps and easy explanations on how to use the dialer and manage remote workflows. I liked how the training didn’t just cover what the software does but showed real examples of daily work flow integration. Honestly, I’m already comfortable enough with the tools that I’m looking forward to using them more and mastering the database features too, which I hadn’t explored much during onboarding.
