Only thing that caught me was the database feature
I’ve used similar remote workflow software before, so I had some idea of what to expect. Honestly, the calling tools and dialer didn’t surprise me much; they worked about as I’d seen elsewhere, nothing particularly new. Signing up and payment process was as routine as any other product I’ve tried. Where this software did stand out a bit was with the database feature—it integrated more smoothly than the clunkier versions I dealt with previously. That made managing my contacts easier and helped with organizing calls better. However, some things felt familiar to a fault, like the training glossing over details I’d hoped to revisit more deeply. All in all, while I don’t feel it reinvented the wheel, the database part was a nice upgrade from what I’m used to. It worked well enough to keep me going, even if the rest was mostly what I’d seen before.
