Only the telephonic support stood out a bit
Honestly, I found myself tangled up in figuring out the software's setup more times than I cared for. The training was okay but felt like it only brushed the surface, so much was left to figure out on my own. The database felt cluttered and not very intuitive, which didn’t help my frustration. Automatic updates seemed to bring more changes than improvements, and I was left re-learning some things quite often. What saved the day sometimes was telephonic support — they answered patiently, though they couldn’t always solve the deeper issues immediately. I guess I’m a bit torn because their call handling features worked decently and the dialer was at least reliable for making calls. Still, the onboarding process definitely made me work harder than I expected. It circles back to the fact that their support was the only part I could genuinely say was alright in this mix, making it less of a total wash. It’s just I hoped more clarity would be offered from the get-go.
