Only the final step seemed well organised
When beginning with WFHI software signup, the initial brochure and introductory web pages felt a bit scattered. The order of information didn’t quite flow logically; it started with training options before explaining the software features in enough detail. Then, the invoicing and payment instructions came too abruptly, leaving me unclear on what to expect next. The signup itself was straightforward, but there was a surprising delay before I could access the calling tools and database features. What stood out as helpful was the telephonic support offered once I got stuck on configuration steps—it was direct and addressed my issues methodically. Unfortunately, those interactions came only after I navigated quite a bit of confusion. So while there was at least some support to lean on, the overall sequence of prep and instruction felt in need of better pacing and clarity for first-timers like me.
