Only the dialer’s flexibility felt worth praising
I expected the training and onboarding experience to be much smoother based on the initial promises. Instead, daily usage revealed various bugs and unclear instructions that made me doubt the value of the training material. Unlike what I thought would be seamless integration, I ended up spending a lot of time troubleshooting and testing features to understand how they worked. However, I have to say the dialer tool itself is remarkably flexible and it stood out as a positive part of the software. It handled calls and records better than I anticipated, which was a relief in such a confusing workflow. Still, the rest of the onboarding felt disorganized and a lot of my time was wasted trying to comprehend what was apparently simple. Compared to my expectations, the overall experience is disappointing and only the dialer shines through as a helpful component with potential.
