Only the call hold music was decent when things went wrong
Looking back at how WFHI handled the technical problems I faced, I mostly remember the negatives rather than positives. There were several instances where errors caused interruptions to my workflow, and it often took much longer than expected to get through their support channels. The worst part was the lack of clear updates on what was being done while waiting on hold. It felt frustratingly vague and sometimes dismissive when I tried to explain the issue repeatedly. Despite all that, one thing I can admit is that the call hold music was decent and strangely soothing during the long wait times. However, this hardly compensates for the otherwise slow and inefficient issue resolution process. Hopefully improvements have been made since then because right now, communication during problems felt poor and left me unsure about when I'd get things back on track. Honestly, I was hoping for better coordination and faster assistance when things went wrong.
