One small step worked fine, rest was confusing

I tried to go through the onboarding steps for the WFHI software, but found the sequence quite illogical in many places. For example, I was asked to input my details before I even understood what the tools were for, which felt unnecessary and premature. This made me hesitate about continuing because I wasn't sure what I was signing up for at first. The database feature worked fine once I finally reached it, but it seemed buried too deep in the flow. The automatic updates did not trigger until I manually checked, which defeated their purpose somewhat. I expected that the initial steps would be more straightforward and designed to gradually introduce me to the options available, but instead, I was bounced back and forth between screens. The calling tool dialer was not accessible from the first panel, which was disappointing. Although telephonic support was available when I asked for help, the hours were restrictive and availability was limited. Sign-up and payment invoicing was standard but did not compensate for the otherwise awkward navigation. Overall, the process felt much less user-friendly than it could be, but the database itself was solid enough to be the one bright spot here.
