one small bright spot in the mismatch of hours
I was hoping the software would align better with the hours I generally work, but it mostly didn’t. The scheduling and call logs felt at odds with the actual timings I keep, which made managing my workflow difficult. It’s frustrating because the platform assumes a rigid structure rather than the flexible hours many of us operate under. The onboarding process briefly mentioned some settings for time zones and working hours, but those options didn’t quite fit my needs, and changing them was less intuitive than expected. On the positive side, the dialer feature worked smoothly during my active hours, which is one aspect I appreciated as it saved me some manual dialing effort. However, the database syncing seemed to lag when I adjusted my hours, affecting my ability to keep track of contacts updated in real time. Sign-up and payment were straightforward, with clear invoicing that didn’t add extra hassle. Support was polite but didn’t offer solutions to align working hours better with workflow needs. Overall, the software didn’t accommodate my actual working schedule well, and this limited how much I could rely on it for full-day remote activities, which was a letdown.
